Vicky is an experienced BSL/English Interpreter who worked for and trained with the RNID.   After 20 years of working as a qualified interpreter, Vicky achieved a doctorate in Linguistics from Leeds University, contributing to knowledge in sign linguistics and interpreting studies.  She is therefore happy to work with academics.  As well as a specialism in academia, Vicky has over 14 years experience of working in mental health settings.  A seasoned community interpreter, Vicky has recently added VRS/VRI to her skill set.
