I have extensive experience interpreting in the media, theatre and the arts. I have worked on large scale theatre productions and big budget film sets, both nationally and internationally, but am equally experienced and familiar with working for smaller, independent arts organisations and projects. I have also worked in a wide range of other domains, including remote interpreting (using Zoom, Skype, MS Teams etc), community, museums and galleries, education, office support, conferences, medical, interviews and meetings. Prior to qualifying, I was a Communication Support Worker for over 10 years in colleges and universities, as well as working in the deaf community. I love art (illustrating children’s books and slapping paint onto canvases), single malt whisky, and fish and chips by the sea.
